This monocular is based on the Military and DOD nomenclature, known as the M983. A versatile Night Vision system offering a Head or Helmet mounted monocular, allowing quick placement over either the left or right eye 

New Model replaces the L140 and  now comes with an extra steel Mount (value $200)  included FREE! making this a very affordable Night vision device plus FREE freight within Australia.
