RECON GS2™ MA1 Aviator Flight Jacket – Classic Military Bomber Jacket is a true classic. You won't find these in Target! Its nylon shell is both flexible yet robust, while its iconic orange lining provides the comfort. Originally, flight jackets were issued to U.S. pilots to protect them from cold weather at high altitude from the late 1950`s to the 70`s. Since then, they have become an iconic garment across many different sub-cultures. These are not over thick so are a true 3 season jacket in the style of the MA1.

This recreation of the classic MA-1 features a bright orange nylon lining with a warm polyester filling (200g/m²). An elasticated waist and cuffs help to retain more heat inside the jacket. In terms of storage, there are two front pockets with snap dome closures, a sleeve pocket and two internal pockets. The jacket has been treated with a polyurethane coating on the nylon outer shell for water resistance.

Pick one up for its warmth and classic military style. Features include a water resistant shell, HD front zip with  tag, two front pockets, sleeve pocket with pen slots, elasticated waist and cuffs, nylon lining, two internal pockets, and an elasticated high collar.
