The RECON GS2™ HELIUS MK2 brings adjustable beam coverage and rechargeable convenience to your everyday outdoor kit. Whether you’re checking around your property, setting up camp or preparing for a touring trip, its five lighting modes give you a choice of settings for different situations.

Slide the telescopic head to switch between a wider beam for nearby coverage and a more concentrated beam for distance. The LED battery-level display lets you check remaining power, while USB-C charging makes recharging convenient.

Before first use — battery notice

Remove only any separate, removable transport wrapping or insulating tab. Leave the battery’s fitted protective sleeve intact. If you are unsure which material to remove, contact Kit Bag before using or charging the flashlight.

Yes. The factory has verified a maximum output of 5,000 lumens and a maximum beam distance of 1,500 metres. Actual performance varies with battery charge.

Is the battery included?
Yes. Both options include one 26650 rechargeable battery and a USB-C cable.

Can I adjust the beam?
Yes. The telescopic head adjusts the beam between wider coverage and a more concentrated beam.

Which lighting modes are available?

Does every kit include the MOLLE pouch?
No. Choose the $119.95 “With tactical MOLLE pouch” option if you want the pouch. The $99.95 option does not include it.

What does the display show?
The LED display indicates the remaining battery level.

Is it suitable for use around water?
The product carries a listed IP67 water-resistance rating. Keep the charging-port cover closed during outdoor use and make sure the port is dry before charging. It is not a diving torch.

How large is it?
Approximately 185 mm long with a 55 mm head diameter. Weight is approximately 297 g without the battery.
