Original Czech CM-4 Gas Mask Bag – Authentic Military Surplus

The Czech CM-4 Gas Mask Bag is an authentic Cold War era military surplus haversack, originally issued with the Czechoslovak CM-4 gas mask kit used by the ČSĽA (Czechoslovak People’s Army). Constructed from durable stitched fabric, this rugged shoulder bag was designed to securely carry respirators and essential protective equipment in the field.

This unissued New Old Stock military surplus bag dates from the 1980s–1990s, making it an excellent piece for collectors, military enthusiasts, reenactors, and practical everyday use.


The bag features classic Czech military crossed swords insignia buttons, a shoulder carry strap, and waist tie straps to secure the bag during movement. Inside, a small internal pocket was designed to hold anti-fog soap used with the CM-4 respirator lenses.
