To operate a 3-eyed titan flashlight, first identify the buttons. Typically, there is a power button to turn the light on/off and adjust brightness, and a mode or color switch to select between white, red, or other settings. To turn on the flashlight, press the power button. For multiple brightness levels, press and hold the power or mode button while cycling through the settings, or use the mode button for different color options.

Brightness adjustment:
To cycle through different brightness levels, press and hold the power button while it is on.
