Add a portable audible alert to your room setup with the RECON GS2™ ROOMGUARD™ Door Wedge Alarm. When switched on and correctly positioned, pressure from a door pushed onto the wedge activates the alarm. The alarm has an output of 120 dB!
Choose High, Medium or Low sensitivity to suit your setup. With the power switch turned off, the unit can also be used as a conventional doorstop. Its compact 135 × 45 × 40 mm size makes it easy to pack for hotel stays, travel accommodation or use at home.

Suitable for adding an audible alert to compatible room-door setups at home, in hotel accommodation and when travelling. The door must move onto the wedge and press its activation plate. Check the door clearance and floor contact before relying on it; a supported clearance range has not been supplied. Follow the supplied instructions and keep your exit easy to use.
This is a supplementary alert and doorstop, not a replacement for a working door lock. It does not guarantee that entry will be prevented. No monitored response or phone notification is specified.

Universal fit The door must press down on the wedge, with suitable clearance and floor contact. Check compatibility with your particular door before use.
What battery does it need, and is it included?
It requires 1 × 9V battery. The battery is not included in the package.
Does it lock the door or guarantee protection?
No. It provides an audible alert and a wedge function. Continue to use the room's existing lock.
