The RECON GS2™ LYW180 combines a powerful white flashlight with five specialised coloured-light options in one compact rechargeable unit.
Choose between white, red, green, blue, ultraviolet or alternating red-and-blue light. The flashlight also provides five standard lighting modes, a battery-level indicator and a two-way attachment clip.
Suitable for camping, hiking, equipment inspection, emergency preparedness, security work and general field use, the LYW180 provides a versatile lighting solution without requiring separate coloured filters.

Six Colour Modes
White Light
Provides general illumination for walking, camping, equipment inspection, emergencies and everyday activities.
Red Light
Useful when reduced glare is preferred and may help preserve night-adjusted vision while reading maps or checking equipment.
Green Light
Provides useful contrast for map reading, observation and general field activities.
Blue Light
May help reveal certain marks, fluids and surface details that can be difficult to see under ordinary white light. Results will vary according to the material and surrounding conditions.
Ultraviolet Light
Can assist with identifying fluorescent materials, security markings, pet stains and certain surface contaminants.

Red-and-Blue Flashing Light
Provides an attention-attracting option for emergency signalling.

Does this flashlight have five or six colour modes?
It has six colour modes: white, red, green, blue, ultraviolet and alternating red-and-blue flash. It also provides five standard lighting modes.
Does every colour produce 800 lumens?
No. The 800-lumen claim applies to the maximum primary white-light output. The coloured and ultraviolet LEDs produce different output levels.
Is the rechargeable battery included?
Yes. One rechargeable 2000 mAh 18650 battery is supplied.
How is the battery recharged?
The flashlight incorporates a USB-C charging connection.
Can the ultraviolet light sterilise equipment?
No. This flashlight is not sold as a sterilisation, medical or diagnostic device.
Is the flashlight waterproof?
