We strongly recommend the good care routine as follows for good upkeep of your Trauma Shears. These shears are precision instruments and should treated as such.

1. Keep lightly oiled with sewing machine oil.
2. Do not submerge in water , if item becomes wet please rub dry with cloth and slightly smear  with sewing machine oil 
3. 420HC Stainless Steel is the ideal steel for this type of tool to ensure optimum performance we recommend sharpening the blade regularly.
