Heating Instructions

The meals are fully cooked and can be eaten straight from the pouch if required.

For the best eating experience:

1. Place the sealed meal pouch into boiling water for approximately 6 minutes.
2. Remove carefully.
3. Fold out the base so the pouch stands upright.
4. Tear open at the marked notch and enjoy.

Alternative heating methods include:

• Leaving the pouch in direct sunlight for approximately 20 minutes.
• Carrying the pouch close to your body during activity to gently warm the contents.
