Basically a straightforward copy of the Soviet Special Forces (Spetsnaz) digging tool and looks to be nothing out of the ordinary, simply a metal shovel head on a wooden handle… however, you'd be wrong. The metal in this Steel Special Forces Shovel is a medium carbon tool steel (coated to avoid rusting). As a shovel it performs well and you can sharpen the edges help it cut through turf, roots and clay better than most, and it is ideal for moving hot coals around your fire while cooking.




Overall length is 630mm with a carbon steel blade and sharpenable edges all around. It has a Olive finish with a wood handle and weighs under 800gm (775gm). This Special Forces Shovel does not come with a sheath. Great quality and super strong.
